My journey began with Reflexology in 1991 and continued with completing my Remedial Massage Therapy(RMT) diploma in 1997. As an RMT, educator, and Licensed Reflexologist, I bring both skill and heart to every session. Your well being is the focus and each treatment is tailored to meet your unique needs whether you're seeking deep tissue work, gentle relaxation massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, or craniosacral therapy. Together, we’ll explore how your body moves and feels, helping you develop a deeper awareness and connection to how you relate to yourself and your body.
